David is a professional, competent, and hard working real estate agent. He started with helping me set a fair price for my home. Took awesome virtual videos to market the house. Was always available to answer questions. He went out of his way to solve a permit problem. He is there for you from beginning to closing. If I could I would give him more than 5 stars.

I've been lucky enough to have worked with REbecca for the past 7 years and find her knowledge of region as well as the personal attention she has given me as a client to be of the exceptional level. I first met Rebecca in 2011 when I was a renter. She has helped me find the right apartment (or renew my lease) every time through this most recent lease. It was never a question that I would work with her when the time came to purchase a home. Her knowledge of the market was easy to see. It was also obvious on the many visits that we made looking at apartments over the years that her attention to detail on a walk-through would easily be transferable to a home purchase as well. When my wife and I decided to begin the housing search process Rebecca made sure she wasn't going to waste our time looking at homes either outside the area we wanted or outside of our price range. We ended up going out just a single day, saw 6 homes, and made the decision to put in an offer on one of the homes. I didn't know it at the time, but that's when Rebecca's work truly began. Rebecca was not only our advocate during the negotiation process, but she made sure that we had any and all questions answered about the home buying process. She had highly useful recommendations for home inspectors, mortgage lenders, and title companies. There was also no pressure to use one of the recommended vendors. Her advice was genuine. She was also motivated to make sure we were comfortable with the process. If we had questions, none were too trivial or small. She even was able to talk me off the ledge a few times if I was frustrated at a vendor or the seller. She knew when to be a pit-bull, but also when we could be flexible. Her temperament was the perfect approach. Even after our purchase, Rebecca has kept in contact with us. She's advised us on contractors, handymen, etc. She's a fantastic resource and given her many years of home buying and ownership we know we can trust her with any issue. Rebecca is a native south Floridian who is connected to this community. She takes pride in her work and it shines through. If you're looking for someone who will put your interests first and someone that will advise you truthfully and honestly (rather than with an eye on the commission) we could not recommend anyone more highly than Rebecca!

David was responsive and efficient, calling me that same day we reached out. He gave us the first round of search hits that same night, then updated the list right before the move. Rebecca and David recently helped my parents purchase their first home and wow, how they got my parents to the finish line was nothing short of a miracle. My parent's longtime landlord informed them that she would be selling their house and gave them a short amount of time to find a new place. SO blessed to have them. We were looking to relocate to Miami from California. We had a few days to accomplish so much. We found David Carmona by accident on line and what a blessing he has been. Looking for apartments in Miami is a big headache especially when you're constantly dealing with realtors that don't respond or just flat don't know enough about the areas to give you a good idea of what's available. Rebecca at TCG was just a breath of fresh air. It was a Saturday morning that we needed to find a new home after a previous offer fell through. First of all the TCG website is probably the only legit and up to date one we've seen after browsing all of the apartment listing sites online. Many times you call and the unit has been rented or you can't even get a hold of someone. But the TCG website provided up to date information and my husband and I were able to immediately find a few that interested us. Rebecca immediately got us showings on the same afternoon. She was knowledgeable in all the complexes we looked at, was able to explain the differences between our options. And even thought about things like requesting blinds or requesting closet shelving when we didn't even know those were things you could ask for. She's thorough in her work, providing concise details and always keeping us well informed, she did the walk through with us, took photos of any defects, and was so well organized in always providing a paper trail soft copy. AND as if that wasn't enough, she always responds to texts or calls unlike the other 90% we've tried to work with here so yes 5 stars hands down. If you need a good realtor, you know where to go!

Despite having their primary offices in the south florida area they were able to help me buy my home here in Orlando. They are polite, responsive, and generally concerned about you and your family's experience in purchasing a home. I moved to Miami in July for grad school, and the realtor I had then was not very good and put me in an apt that was under foreclosure hearings without really preparing me for the consequences. I was told by the bank I had a certain amount of time to move out 6 months later. After all the of the exhaustion of stress and school, I was referred to Rebecca Carmona by a classmate. Let me tell you, she was AMAZING! Such a complete and refreshing change from the realtor I had in July. She took my wish list to heart and stayed within my price range. She also kept me informed of the entire process and I not once had to bug her for information. And even after I signed a lease, she still came with me with the walk-through process and pointed out all of the things that were in the contract that were obviously not done; she didn't let them get away with anything!
